TO SPEh"r FUEL STORACE FACILITY NOT PROVIDED NCR ME3 1010 FIRST IhTEFlM REPORT Description of De'ficiency In contradiction to TVA cob.itments in the response to Sequoyah Nuclear Plant FSAR Question 9.31, a per=anent Seis=1 Category I makeup piping syste= f rom the RWST to the spent fuel storage pool was not provided.
t Corrective Action A proposal is under study to install a qualified line and necessary valves from the co= mon discharge of the refueling water purification pumps (RWFP) to the seis ically qualified spent fuel pool eccling loop. Also, all piping, valves, and pu=ps from the RWST to,the common discharge of the RWPP will be qualified.
Upon decision of a final corrective action, a final report will be sub=itted.
