Dear Mr. Hoefling-In your letter to Shelley Blum of September 15, 1978, you referred her to the Public Document Room for copies of the application.
It is my understanding that it is standard practice for the Staff to provide all intervenor parties with copies of the application and all Staff / applicant correspon-I dtnce relevant to it.
This is a formal request for you to j
honor that practice and provide each intervenor with a copy of the-application and all Staff / applicant correspondence relevant to it.
Also, please continue the practice of providing adequate advance notice of all meetings between any Staff person and any applicant person relevant to the application, a ccpy of all minutes of meetings and phone calls and a copy of all inspection reports which might bear on the application.
