NRC Letter, C. O. Thomas'to G. Wuller, IP, dated September 22, 1982, " Questions Relating to Degraded Core Hydrogen Control and the Emergency Plan Dose Assessment Report System" Clinton Power Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-461

Dear Mr. Thomas:

In response to the reference letter, we are furnishing a schedule for providing the additional information you requested for evaluation of the Hydrogen Ignition System (HIS).

Due to _ the generic nature of the majority-of the questions and our-participation in the Hydrogen Control Owaers Group (HCOG), we expect responses to be generic where possible.

Plant specific questions will be addressed on a plant unique basis.

We anticipate all questions to be addressed by January 1, 1983.

Please let us hear if you have any questions regarding this schedule.

Sincerely, G. E. Wuller Supervisor-Licensing Nuclear Station Engineering EWK/lt bC?D f cc:
