Response: Cor. trolled distribution was established for 14 copics of the Crisis Management Plan Inplementing Procedures on May 4,1982.

Response: A typo has been corrected in Section 18.1, Para. 4.6.2 to read 18.3 vice 14.3.

Item 49. Clarifying the status of procedure IP/0/A/1009/08, 09,10, Release of Liquid Radioactive Materials Exceeding Technical Specifications references IP/0/B/1009/04, Environmental Fonitoring for Emergency Conditions. This procedure has been replaced by Section 18.2 of the IT Manual (5.5.3) -(50-369/82-06-49).

Response: Procedures IP/0/B/1009/08, 09,10, reference Section 18.2 of the Health Physics Manual.

Item 50. Clarify Section 18.2 of the IT Manual which specifies that emergency TIDs should be in emergency kitsi however, inventory lists in procedure PT/0/A/4600/11 do not list any TIDs (5.5.3)

Response: TIDs are now placed in a separate box near and in the sano location as the energency kits. Pr/0/A/4600/11 now lists the TIDs provided for emergency use.
