Dear Mr. Denton:
Clinton Power Station Unit 1 Docket Nos. 50-461 Illinois Power Company hereby submits five (5) copies of Revision 4 of the Physical Security Plan with Safeguards Contingency Plan for the Clinton Power Station.
Revision 4 is a reply to concerns voiced by Mr. Robert Skelton, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Safeguards Division, during a June 21, 1982 visit to our site.
Instructions for the replacement pages provided for the copies of the Security Plan are given in.
The Security Plan identifies detailed security measures for the physical protection of a nuclear power station and the information is exempt from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 (d) (1).
