In addition to j
revising Chapter 16 of the FSAR, this submittal is provided for NRC review as the Company's formally proposed Appendix A Technical Specifications to the pending Operating Licenses for both Units 1 and 2, pursuant to Section 50.36 l
of 10 CFR Part 50.
In accordance with the Standard Review Plan, the enclosed Technical Specifications were prepared using Standard Technical Specifications for B&W PWRs, NUREG-0103, Revision 4 as the basis. The Company's prcposed Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETS) are also incorporated into Chapter 16 by FSAR Revision 45 and were prepared using RETS for PWRs, NUREG-0472, Revision 2 as the basis. To assist your formal Technical l
Specification review process, enclosed is a crass-reference table of SER Chapter 16 issues and the Technical Specification which address these issues.
Proof of Service upon the parties listed in the Service List is being provided under separate cover.
