Condition Prior to Occurrence:

t-Unit 1 in mode 3 with RCS temperature and pressure at 450 F and 1600 psig.
Identification and Dascription of Occurrence:
Both trains of the emergency gas treatmeni: system (EGTS) were declared i
inoperable when the unit 1 annulus door was left open.
Apparent cause of Occurrence:
The unit 1 annulus door was lef t open in order to allow access of test instrument lines into the annulus. The EGTS was declared inoperable since it could not have m tintained the required negative pressure in the annulus.

Corrective Action Taken or Planned:
The annulus door was closed and secured at 2320 hours0.0269 days <br />0.644 hours <br />0.00384 weeks <br />8.8276e-4 months <br /> on 09/11/82. The investigation on this incident will continue to determine further necessary corrective action.
