Attached are eight copies of supplemental information in the form of an engineering report entitled "Requalification of 20 Inch GPE Vacuum Breaker Components Due to LOCA Conditions" dated June 22, 1982.

This information supplements the General Electric report, " Pool Swell Forcing Functions for Mark II Wetwell-to-Drywell Vacuum Breakers" submitted on July 23, 1982, to Mr. T.
