During the August 13, 1982 conference call, the Licensing i
Board requested that the parties provide their recommendations for a hearing date.
Applicants request that the first phase of the hearing be scheduled for December 1, 1982.
At that first phase hearing, Applicants believe the following contentions can be litigated:
