Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Duquesne Light Company r.. $ests an amendment to the above licennes in the form of changet to the Technical Specifications. The proposed changes will revise the-

" containment inte,rity" definition, Specification 3.6.1.1 titled

" Containment Integrity," Specification 3.6.1.3 titled " Containment

  • Air Locks," and associated Bases.

This' proposed amendment request is Revision 1 to our original amendnent request submitted to the NRC on September 16, 1992. This j'-

proposed Amendment Request No. 199 and 66, Revision 1, supercedes the original Amendment Request Nos. 199 and 66. ,

The proposed Technical Specification changes for Unit No. 1 and Unit No. 2 are presented in Attachments I -1, D-1, and A-2, D-2, respectively. The safety analyses (including the no significant hazards evaluation) are presented in Attachments B and E. The typed replacement Technical Specification pages are presented in Attschments C-1, F-1, C-2, and F-2.

In- addition, an exemption 6.o Section III.D.2 (b) (li) of 10 CFR 50 Appendix J is requested. This exemption is requested pursuant to 10 CFR 50.12 with supporting details contained in Attachments D, E, and. F of this submittal. Specifically, it is requested that local .
