Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Docket No. 50/395 Operating License No. NPF-12 Amendment to Operating License
Dear Mr. Denton:
Pursuant to 10CFR50.90, the South Carolina Electric and Gas Company requests an amendment to Operating License NPF-12.for the Virgil C.
Summer Nuclear Station. The proposed changes were provided in South Carolina Electric and Gas Company's letter-to Mr. H. R. Denton, dated August 18, 1982.
This letter requested several. changes in Technical Specifications which were administrative in nature.
The proposed changes-to Technical Specifications have been reviewed and approved by the Plant Safety Review Committee and the Nuclear Safety Review Committee.
It has been determined that this request does not involve an unreviewed safety question.
l The request has been evaluated in accordance with the criteria in 10CFR170.22.
It has been determined that a Class II l
license amendment fee is required.
Accordingly, a check in the amount of Twelve Hundred' Dollars ($1200.00).is enclosed in payment of the required fees.
