Nuclear Regula. tory Co nission (the Comision) has issued A1enitent No. I to Facility Operating License flo. NPF-10, issued to Southern California Edison Coapany, San Diego Gas and Electric Comoany, The City of Riverside, California and The City of Anaheim, California (licensees) for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 2 (the facility) located in San Diego County, Cali fornia. The a,endment is effective as of ** arch 13, 1982.
This amendnent clariffes the Technical Specification setooint requirements for the Shutdown Cooling System relief valve.
Issuance of this amendaent co1 plies with the standards and requirenents of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comission's regula-tions. The Conmission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Comission's regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the g
license a,endment. Prior public notice of this amendnent was not required since the amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
