REPORT Pursuant to the provisions of ASME Section XI, Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits the enclosed Inservice inspection Report for the North Anna Power Station Unit 21993 Refueling outage. This report is a summary of exami. Jions performed during the outage for the first period of the North Anna Unit 2 second ten-yearinservice inspection interval. The report consists of two attachments.

second attachment, Form NIS-2, Owner's Report of Repair and Replacement and the associated summaries, are provided pursuant to IWA-6220 cf the 1986 Edition of A.SME Section XI.
