Dear Mr. Austin:
Attached for your information is a copy of a report recently submitted to the Colorado Department of Health, regarding the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit for Fort St. Vrain (FSV). This report describes Public Service Company of Colorado's failure to perform monthly monitoring of the Goosequill Ditch discharge pathway as required by the FSV Wastewater Discharge Permit, CO-0001121.
This information is provided in accordance with the FSV Non-Radiological Technical Specifications, Appendix B to Facility Operating License No. DPR-34.
