In accordance with 10CFR50.4. enclosed are four (4) copies each of the CPSES 7
Physical Security Plan Revision 18 and the CPSES Safeguards Contingency Plan i
Revision 5 (copies numbereo:
13, 14. 15 and 16).
Included with'each plan is a
- Summary of Changes" which lists the changes incorporated into the revisions.
An evaluation conducted per 10CFR50.54(p), determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the security program. The enclosures to 1
this letter contains SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as defined in 10CFR73.21; consequently, the enclosures should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
