6. Under no circumstance shall more than two (2) lugged connections be landed on a single terminal screw, unless specified by approved design documents,

a. All bolted connections shall use stainless steel hardware unless otherwice specified. '
b. Hardware shall include a bolt and nut with flat washers at each end and the appropriate star, split ring or l believille washer at the nut end unless otherwise specified.
8. Where specified by vendor manuals, approved drawings, etc.

19. Semi-conductor tape roll shall be identified so that it 2 cannot be mistaken for insulating tape.
20. Thermocouple extension wires shall be terminated without lugs.  ;

21. When removing a Ray-Chem Kit, all parts of the kit shall be removed. No parts of kit shall be reused when remaking any connection. This includes shims, bolt. pads, etc.
22. When installing a Ray-Chem Kit any partIf found nicked, cut, damage is observed gouged or cracked shall be discarded.

23. Amp PIDG Lugs may be used to lug solid wire. Use the same <

lugs, crimpers and dies that would'be.used if the wire was l stranded.
