Dear Mr. Miraglia:
In response to the NRC staff comments on the Seabrook Station Physical Security Plan [ Reference (b)], PSNH has enclosed the following: Five copies of the PSNH response to NRC staff review comments on the Seabrook Station Physical Security Plan. Five copies of the revised plan. The revised pages are marked as Revision 1 and a vertical line is included in the right margin indicating the location of the revised information. The PSNH response and the Plan contain Safeguards Information and should be withheld from public disclosure. This letter does not contain Safeguards material and reverts to unclassified when separated from the enclosures.
