SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION CF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT - NCR'S SQN EEB 8023 THROUGH SQN EEB 8042 (EXCLUDING SQN EED f,034), SCN ZEB 8045R1, SQN EEB 8051, SQN MEB 8007R1, AND SQN NEB 8031 THRCUGH SQN NEB 8034 - SECOND INTERIM REPORT The subjxt deficiency es initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. W. Wright en October 24, 1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
An interim report ma submitted on November 25, 1980. Since that report was submitted, related tiCR's SQN EEB 8039 through EEB 8042, SQN EEB 8045R1, SQN EEB 8051, SQN MEB 8007R1, and SQN NEB 8031 through SQN NEB 8034 have been identified and included in this report. We expect to submit our next report by February 17, 1981.
