Enclosed are copies of letters dated August 5,14 and 25 which were sent to your Company requesting fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 for certain applications filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review. These applica-tions were dated March 4,1980 March 28,1979, and July 21/ August 4,1980, respectively, for your Davis-Besse Unit No. I facility.

The requested fees have not been received; therefore, they should be remitted to this office within fifteen days after your receipt of this letter.

'le have received a copy of your aoplication dated March 4,1980, which your Company filed with the Office of Huclear Reactor Regulation (CURR) for review.

The application requested a modification to License Condition 2.C(0)(r) of '

License No. rlPF-3 elating to seismic reevaluation for the Daiis Besse Unit No. 1.

Your application was accomoanied by a Class II amendment fee of 31,200.

Based on information provided by the CNRR staff as a result of a preliminary review of the above application, it has been determined that this application (which will also include the review as required by the above license condition of the seismic reanalysis submitted on July 9,1979) involves a single safety issue. Therefore, a Class III fee is applicable.

It is requested that your Company remit an additional sum of 32,300 to this office.

If in the final review of your application by the ONRR staff it is determined that this fee is incorrect, an adjustment will be made.
