Condition 1 - Licensee shall file with the Customs Officer or the Postmaster two cepies,in addi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Dectoration covering i
each export and mark one of such copies for transmittet to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-lotory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following dectoration should oc-4 company or be pioced on the Shipper's Export Dettorations for such exports:

Condition 3 -This hcense covers only the nuclear content of the material.

Condition 4 - The material to be exported under this hcense shol1 be shipped in accordance with j
the physical protection requirements for special nuclear material in 10 CFR 73.
j Condition 5 - Special nuclear matenol authorized for export under th s l cense shall not be l
transported outside the United States in possenger carrying circraft in shipments

exceeding (1) 20 groms or 20 cunes. whichever is less, of plutonium oi uronium l
j 233, or (2) 350 groms of uranium 235.
i Condition 6-This hcen;e authorizes export only and does not authorize the rece;pt, phys col i
possession, or use of the nuclear material.
Condition 7 - The hcensee shall complete and submit on NRC Form 741 for each shipment of i
source material exported under this license.
Condition 8 - The hcensee shall advise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designo-I tion of the company who will package the nuclear material to be exported under th,s hcense, or any change in the locotton of the packaging operation, of least three weeks prior to the scheduled date of export.
