0 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF DEVIATION Florida Power and Light Company Docket No 50-389 St. Lucie Unit 2 License No. CPPR-144 As a result of the inspection conducted on May 25-28, 1982, certain of your activities appear to deviate from your commitments to the Commission as indicated below:
Florida Power and Light Company's (FPL) approved Topical Quality Assurance Report, Revision 4, Appendix E identifies FPL's Procedure QP2.12 as the applicable procedure for implementation of a Quality Assurance Program for Fire Protection Systems.
Contrary to the above, a site quality assurance program for the fire protection systems had not been fully implemented.
