1125 Began cold shutdown 1339 Tripped Rx 8-13 to Plant in cold shutdown 8-31 Summary of Changes Made in Accordance wi th 10 CFR 50.59(b) 1.

Installed fence around tank farm and installed ballistic doors on control room.

Changed Rancho Seco Emergency Plan.

3 Changed RPS high pressure setpoint.

Personnel Chances Recuiring Reporting Mr. Villis Ford resigned as Operations Supervisor. He is replaced by Mr. Do'nald Blachly effective 9-3-80.

Mr. Blachly is a Senior Licensed Operator and a registered mechanical engineer.

Major items of Safety-Related itaintenance 1.

Conducted continuity tests to diesel generator voltage regulator control switch per IE Bulletin 80-20.

2.

Installed new seal on pressurizer spray bypass.

3 Tightened studs on bonnet of leaking pressurl:er spray valve.

4.

Replaced "D" RPS flow transmitter.
