This letter is to notify you that the Staff is evaluating new infonnation relating to Combustion Engineering's flow blockage model for the Pilgrim Unit 2 Emergency Core Cooling System (ECCS). This model is being reviewed to determine Pilgrim Unit 2's ECCS design conformance to the requirements of Appendix K and 10 CFR 550.46. I will forward to you the Staff's evaluation of this information when it is ccmpleted.
