NPF-12 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE - TSP 890016 ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEM SURVEILLANCE REQU'REMENTS In accordance with 10CFR50.90, South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) is submitting an amendment request to License NPF-12 to change the technical specifications ( S) for the Virgil C. SummerNuclearStation(VCSNS). The proposed change s a revision to TS 4.8.1.1.1. The purpose of this change is to delete surveillance requirement 4.8.1.1.1.b which is not applicable to VCSNS.
The proposed technical specific dion change is identified in Enclosure 1.
The safety evaluation is provided in Enclosure 2. A proposed no significant' hazards evaluation performed pursuant to 10CFR50.92 is provided in Enclosure 3.
This technical specification change has been approved by the Plant Safety Review Committee and the Nuclear Safety Review Committee.
