The parties to this proceeding have-reached an agreement of settlement which hereby forwarded for your approval and the entry of ar appropriate 4
order. The HRC Staff, Citizens for Safe Energy and Safe Haven have entered an agrecment which is attached.
An executed copy will be forwarded as soon as it is rectiived. Mr. William Cordaro has agreed to have an unexecuted copy forwarded with the other executed agreements at this time.
