The permits authoriza construction of the Susquehanna Steam Riectria Station, Units 1 and 2 on the applicant's site located in Salesa Township, Luzerna County, Pennsylvania. The construction permits have been issued pursuant to an Initial Decision by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board.
