The South Texas Nuclear Project is well underway in Matagorda County.

The transmission lines that will serve the Cities of San Antonio and Austin will cross Wharton County. Several people who may be affected by the power line easements have asked about tha permitting procedure for line location.

I would like to be furnished a copy of information concerning the location of' power lines in Wharton County to be served by the South Texas Proj ect.

I would also like to know what agencies, State or-('

Federal, have authority over power line easement locations.
