REQUEST FOR MINUTES OF MEETING WITH ADVISORY CCMMITTEE ON REACTOR SAFEGUARD SUBCOMMITTEE Your letter dated December 7,1973 was referred to me for response.
In your December 7 letter, you indicated that you recently reviewed the minutes of a meeting held on August 4,1975 with the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards Subcommittee for the Washington Public Power Supply System Nuclear Projects Nos. 3 and 5.
You stated that the copy which you reviewed at the Montesano Library had a page missing. As a result you requested a complete copy of the minutes for your review. Enclosed is a copy of the minutes.
At your hggestion, we are also transmitting a replacement copy to the Montesano Library.
