6 4B Safety Injection pump overhauled The surfaces on several handholes and a manway on A,B and C Steam Generator were refinished to eliminate steam leakage Minor leakage from a letdown valve and a accumulator check valve was corrected A Steam Generator tube in B Steam Generator was plugged Inspections and requirements of IE Bulletins and NUREG-0737 implementation are continuing. Refer to correspondence between FPL and NRC for additional information.
