NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION The enclosed letter dated August 1,1982 directed to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission was received in this office yesterday in an envelope addressed to the Panel chairman, Since the letter contains an allegation of faulty welds at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, I am forwarding it to you for appropriate action.
Please serve a copy of your investigative report on the Board and parties in the Palo Verde operating license proceeding.
