The inspection was conducted to review your corrective actions-to the Emergency Operating Procedure Inspection 50-295/90004(DRS);50-304/90004(DRS). The enclosed copy of our inspection report identifies areas examined during- the inspection. .Within these areas,_the inspection consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, and interviews with personnel.
