Operations Narrative Cooper Nuclear Station June 1982 The 1982 Refueling and Maintenance Outage continued through the month of June but is nearing completion. Some delays were encountered with work in the torus on the Mark I Containment Project and with work on the Scram Discharge Volume. A July 3,1982 startup date is planned.
