Dear Mr. Short:
The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 41 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-40 for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No.1.
This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specificationsin response to your letter dated August 30, 1978.
The amendment adds Technical Specification requirements for the emergency W power system. We have also determined that your proposed modifications i to the emergency power system are acceptable.
As part of this action, we have corrected a typographical error in the definitions section of the Technical Specifications. This error occurred' on issuance of Amendment No. 32 in the definition for " Refueling Opera-tion."
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
