Dear Mr. Short:
The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 41 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-40 for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No.1.
This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specificationsin response to your letter dated August 30, 1978.
W The amendment adds Technical Specification requirements for the emergency power system. We have also determined that your proposed modifications i
to the emergency power system are acceptable.
As part of this action, we have corrected a typographical error in the definitions section of the Technical Specifications. This error occurred' on issuance of Amendment No. 32 in the definition for " Refueling Opera-tion."
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
