Dear Mr. Backus:
This is in response to your letter of July 23,19P,2 ir$ which you requested that Jane Daughty be added to the f4RC Staff's service list, do to the distance between your eftice and the SAPL field office in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
PG. Daughty had.been added to said list with the usual caveatfin such instances, i.e.,in the infrequent event that a Staff pleading requires the attachment of a nutber of enclosures, the enclosures will continue to be sent to you as SA'dL't. counsel.
In that instance, Ms. Daughty will receive a copy of the basic do unent without such enclosures. Ms. Daughty will, however, receive copies of Staff documents issued in this proceeding such as the FES and SER.
