Summary of Operating Experience November 1978 Indian Point Unit 3 was synchronized to the bus for a total of 720 hours0.00833 days <br />0.2 hours <br />0.00119 weeks <br />2.7396e-4 months <br /> producing a gross generation of 710,830 mwe for this reporting pericd.

During the reporting period, the unit experienced one major load reduction.

At 0300, on November 10, 1978, a load reduction to 700 mwe occurred due to the removal of #32 Main Boiler Feed Pump from service. The pump was removed to repair an oil leak. At 1635, on the same day, the plant was returned to full power.

There were no unit trips for the second consecutive reporting period since the refueling outage.
