Enclosed are five copies of changes to the Nine Mile Point Unit 1 Security Plan.
The modifications have been made to permit storage of equipment in the new Administration Building for the upcoming Spring 1979 outage.
These changes have been evaluated by the Safety Review and Audit Board and the Site Operations Review Committee and do not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Plan as discussed in Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 50.54p.
Pursuant to Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 2. 790 and Part 9.5.1, we hereby request that the material submitted with this letter be withheld from public disclosure.
