For all outstanding Fcrt Calhoun Station Deficiency Reports
( 4-78, 11-78, and 21-78), a current status report (letter FC-963-T5 fron !!A'i-FC3 to I'AWQA dated October 27, 1978) va: submitted to the
-l Quality Assurance Department.
In regard to Deficiency Peport 22-78, the PurchasinC Department E
is currently prepsring a responce.
i In additicn to the above steps, the Quality Assurance Departnent i
hua reviewed atl deficiencies since 1975 and modified the status los to indicate date of receipt of reply and the nutter of days to reply in order to track deficiency report recpenses.
