Thank you for your letter of September 18, 1978 in response to our Notice of Violation dated August 24, 1978.
As a result of the telephone conversation on November 22, 1978 between Mr. F. Lamoureaux of the Trojan Nuclear Plant and Mr. W. Mortensen of this office, we understand your comments objecting to the cited item of noncompliance listed as "A" in our Notice of Violation is withdrawn. We also understand that your corrective actions for that item of noncomp-liance was included in your response to citation "B."
The corrective actions you have taken will be reviewed during the next
