We have received a copy of your application dated January 20, 1982, which was filed witii the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application requested an exemption from the information safeguarding requirements of 10 CFR 73.21 for Haddam Neck Plant and Millstone Nuclear Power Station Units 1 and 2.
Two Class II fees ($2,400) and one Class I fee ($400) were remitted with your application pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
Based on information provided by the OriRR staff, it is our understanding l
that this application has not been reviewed nor will it be reviewed.
Consequently, we have concluded that an exemption (pursuant to 10 CFR 170.ll(b)) from the fee requirements of Part 170 is authorized by law and i
such exemption is otherwise in the public interest and is hereby granted for your January 20, 1982 application. Therefore, we have concurrently authorized the Division of Accounting and Finance to refund the $2.800 remitted with this application. Refunds are generally processed within a two-week period.
