~INOPERABILITY OF CHANNEL #3, UPPER RX VESSEL' On September ~ 30, 1990, Channel #3 (Upper RX. Vessel) of the Unit 2 Loose.
Parts Monitor was declared' INOPERABLE-due to no signal present on the 4
channel. Work request #473780PS has been written to repair the channel during a future outage (due to a' containment entry being required ~to repair the channel) that is of sufficient length.
Channel #4 (which is
=the other channel on the Upper RX Vessel) is functioning and provides j
coverage.
Since the channel has been-INOPERABLE more than 30 days, it is L
reportable to the N2C pursuant to Tech Spec'3.3.3.9.
