As indicated in our Memorandum and Order of July 8, 1982, we were then exploring the possibility of establishing an additional public document room in Columbia, S.C.
That has now been done, and a memorandum describing particulars is attached.

CATAWBA LOCAL PUBLIC DOCUMENT ROOM (LPDR)
As you requested in our recent telephone conversation, Sandra Schlosser, of this office, has made arrangements to have copies of the Catawba application, Final Safety Analysis Report and Environmental Report made available to the public in Columbia, SC, at the South Carolina State Lib rary.
The Library is located at 1500 Senate Street.
The Library is open on the following schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm Mrs. Mary Toll has agreed to keep the application, FSAR and ER updated as amendments are received.
Mrs. Mary Toll or any one of the other reference librarians will be available to assist patrons.
