This item is an Infraction.
Technical Specification 3.4.6.1 requires that grab samples of the containment atmosphere be obtained and analyzed once per 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> when the required gaseous and/or particulate radioactivity monitoring system is inoperable.
Contrary to the above, the containment particulate radioactivity moni-toring system was out of service from August 17, 1978 until August 25, 1978.
Grab samples of containment atmosphere were not obtained on August 19, 1978 or August 20, 1978.
