This is in response to your Notice of Violation dated 15 Septemcer 1978, to wit, contrary to 10CFR21.6, neither 10CFR21, ricr Secticn 206 of the Energy Reorgani::ation Act of 1974 were properly posted. Effective Septemcer 29, 1978, Section 206 and a notice describing the regulations required in 10CFR21 and the procedures pursuant to 10CFR21 have been posted in prominent locations in the reactor building. A copy of 10CFR21 and the appropriate procedures are on file for public view.
