OPERATING PROCEDURES Provide complete and current operating procedures for the Model No. BS-33-180 package. Operating procedures should be presented sequentially in the order in which the operations are performed.
The operating procedures should also address items such as inspections prior to loading, cautionary notes on the package handling, limits on package contents and how such limits are met, installation of security seals, determination that the external radiation levels are within regulatory limits, and instructions pertinent to receiving and unloading the package.
Note that the Certificate of Compliance may be conditioned to specifically cite the operating procedures.
MAINTENANCE PROGRAM Provide a complete and current maintenance program for the Model No. BS-33-180 package.
The maintenance program should describe the actions taken to ensure the continued performance of the package.
The program should include periodic testing, inspection and replacement schedules, as well as criteria for replacement and repair of components and subsystems on an as-needed basis.
Note that the Certificate of Compliance may be conditioned to specifically cite the maintenance program, t
