Purpose:
Carborundum will present the status of their testing program for the poison plates for Haddam Neck, Millstone 1, Palisades, Crystal River, and Lacrosse.
This relates to the off-gassing of the plates at Haddam Neck and the resulting swelling of the storage rack walls.
