. The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) has issued l .

Amendments Nos. 45 and 45 to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-44 and i DPR-56, issued to Philadelphia Electric Company, Public Service Electric and Gas Company, Delmarva Power and Light Company and Atlantic City Electric Company, which revised the Technical Specifications for operation I of the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Units Nos. 2 and 3, located in York County, Pennsylvania. The amendments are effective as of the date  :

The application for the amendment complies with the stand rds and .

9 The Commission has determined that the issuance of these amendments l will not result in any significant environmental impact and that pursuant td 10 CFR 551.5(c)(4), an environmental impact statement or negative declaration and environmental impact appraisal need not be prepared in connection with issuance of these amendments.
