5500/28 - Release of Reactor Coolant Leak Inside Containment (Change 1), has been deleted (Reference Item No. 2). Please remove this procedure and its assoc-isted tab from the manual. This procedure is replaced by the new procedure (and tab) HP/0/B/1009/05 - First Response Evaluation of Offsite Dose from a Reactor Coolant Leak Inside Containment (Changes 0-0, dated May 20, 1982), ten copies of which are also enclosed.

In addition, enclosed are ten copies of the latest revision to the McGuire Nuclear Station Emergency Plan (Revision 5, dated June, 1982). Insert the revised pages in the previously submitted Revision 4 of the plan as indicated.
