DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT AMENDOENT NUMBER 57 This is to inform the Commission of the implomontation of Amendment Number 57 to the Callaway Facility operating' License No. NPF-30.

57 approved Technical Specification changes to allow the replacement of the current resistance temperature detector (RTD) bypass system with an RTD/thermowell system mounted directly into the hot and cold logs of the reactor coolant system.
The changes have been issued to controlled Technical Specification holders and will becomo offective upon entry into Mode 3 at the conclusion of the current refueling outage.
