RESPONSE TO GENERIC LETTER 90-03 FOR COOPER NUCLEAR STATION j
(TAC NO. 76227) l On March 20,1990, the NRC issued Generic Letter 90-03 " Relaxation of Staff Position in Generic Letter 83-28, item 2.2 Part 2 ' Vendor Interface for Safety.Related Components.'" The Generic Letter requested that all licensees and applicants review their present vendor intet face programs and modify them as necessary using the guidance supplied in the Generic Letter.
By letter dated September 17, 1990, you responded to Generic Letter 90 03 and indicated that the programs have been im)1emented, in accordance with the guidance given in the Generic Letter. T1e staff has reviewed yotr response and finds it acceptable.
This action closes TAC No. 76227.
