ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENTS (TAC NOS. M75022 AND M75023)
The Commission has issued 'the enclosed Amendment No.150 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-39 and Amendment No.138 to Facility Operating License No.
DPR-48 for the Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units I and 2, respectively. The amendments are in response to your application dated April 27, 1993.
The amendments revise the reactor protection and engineered safeguards Technical Specifications and limiting safety system settings to:
(I) add steam generator overfill protection requirements, and (2) modify the equations t
for the overpower AT (0PDT) and overtemperature AT (0 TDT) protective functions.
A copy of the Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Comission's biweekly Federal Reaister notice.
